Straight answers

Is the property occupied?

The MLS record states that the property is currently vacant.

Is the basement finished?

No. The MLS lists an unfinished basement. It holds a coin-op laundry and storage.

Can I add a unit, add rooms, or make condos?

The listing remarks mention possible condo conversion and expansion. Whether any of it is allowed depends on City of Boston zoning, building and fire rules and on the building itself. Treat each as something to verify before relying on it.

What about lead paint?

The MLS lists lead paint status as unknown. The building dates to 1900, so Massachusetts lead paint disclosure rules apply to a sale. The full Property Transfer Lead Paint Notification is linked in the Listing data section and in the footer.

Where do I park?

The MLS lists on-street parking, with and without a permit. There is no garage.
